1. Cleaning my guitar and oiling my strings - finally, and the day after recording. Haven't done this in years to be honest, simply wiping off the dust with a rag and more importantly, whipping out a can of WD-40 and giving my strings a good squirt. Squeaky clean yeah, and looking (and sounding) much better than before.

2. Actively jobhunting - no more waiting for rackets to fall on my lap from friends. Last week I put up my resume on JobsDB and Jobstreet, today I bought Manila Bulletin. The classified ads were sort of lacking but whatever, I can finally say that I'm puting in some elbow grease or whatever.

It's a shame that this is all happening now that my band has disbanded and my girlfriend is well, no longer my girlfriend. Honestly I'm not sure whether to put this post in the Rants category, but overall, I'm still raving. Too little too late, as they say. Well, late yeah but hopefully still not too late.
